The Logos Manipulator is where your Mnemes are stored. And where you craft your Logos actions. Once crafted the Logos action will go on your Logos action bar. Once you activate it from there it will become a Duty action.
Astral Array
This is the array on the right side of the Logos Manipulator. If you're crafting a single action you have to make it on the Astral Array.
Umbral Array
This is the array on the left side of the Logos Manipulator. If you're crafting a single action you will be unable to use the Umbral Array.
The Umbral Array is unlocked by doing the lvl 38 Pyros quest.
How to craft two Logos actions at once
Once you do the Level 38 Pyros quest you unlock the Umbral array, which lets you to craft two Logos actions at the same time. You achieve that by putting ingredients for one action on the left (umbral) array, and the other on the right (astral) array. Example:
Dual Logos actions
If you insert Mnemes on both the Astral and Umbral array it will create a dual action. The dual actions can be used alongside each other. For example Wisdom of the Duelist + Spirit Dart, or Spirit of the Remembered + Wisdom of the Fiendhunter.
For the action on the Umbral (left) side you use the "Duty Action II" button, for the Astral (right) side you use the "Duty Action I" button.
The more Mnemes you use in the craft, the lower the chance of success.
- 1 Mneme = 100% success
- 2 Mnemes = 100% success
- 3 Mnemes = 100% success
- 4 Mnemes = 70% success
- 5 Mnemes = 50% success
- 6 Mnemes = 30% success
This is why it's important to check the recipes for each Logos action and think about what the cheapest, most efficient way to craft them is. Good way of checking recipes is by using the Logogram section of the Eureka tracker website.
How to expand your logos action slots from 3 to 6
Possible reward from a silver bunny chest in Hydatos is an item called "Aethertight flask". If you take this to Eurekan alchemist NPC in the base, he'll expand your logos actions inventory by 1 slot. This can be done a maximum 3 times (so you end up with 6 slots, instead of the original 3).
Storing a Logos action
If you craft a Logos action and your Logos action bar is full, the Logos action will stay within the Logos Manipulator until you either destroy it or place it on your bar.
It will even remain there if you leave eureka or log out of the game. As such it can be useful to store an action there for when you're doing The Baldesion Arsenal. As you can pop a single spirit of the remembered and then immediately grab the stored Logos action from the Logos manipulator.
Putting Logos actions on your hotbar
Go to Actions & Traits Menu -> General -> drag Duty action 1 and Duty Action 2 to your hotbar.
Additionally, if you want to move your duty actions to a different place on your HUD, you can! Simply select "duty" toggle in HUD layout so you can interact with that element.
