The Aetheric Stabilizer is an item that can be used to enter the Baldesion Arsenal through Unstable Aetherial Nodes (blue portals). It can be obtained by exchanging 100 Anemos, Pagos and Pyros Crystals or one Aetherially Conductive Plate, Hydatos Cluster and Sharlayan Aether Oil each to Expedition Scholar.
