Efficient mostly at lvl 52, normally very slow compared to other mobs because their mutations are not safe to farm (that is why night isn't safe). It's also NOT SAFE to stand in their AOEs, so you're only relying on their auto attack damage for reflecting. This method is not recommended, compared to mutation farming, but take it as a possibility if you prefer Reflecting.

* Arsenal Fan's Tight Tornado (Reflecting Tight Tornado will reflect the DoT back to Fan)
However most of the time reflecting these attacks are not worth it.

Some enemies in Baldesion Arsenal can also be Reflect farmed, as they cast magic damage aoes and autos. Most notably, it's the little Baldesion Magia mages (earth element). Because of this, you can use a single person with Reflect L to clear out the "earth room" when looking for the portal / spawning support group. This method is often used on low player runs. On normal, filled runs (with 56 players), it's slower than just simply killing the mobs with the group so it's not recommended.

General usage

To craft Reflect L, you need Protect L + Shell L + Wisdom of the Ordained. (Fundamental logograms for protect, mitigative for shell and curative for ordained, you shouldnt need more than a few of each).

Any time you are using Reflect L, you should reduce your defense to reflect higher damage. So, ideally, remove all of your gear (be naked or in something lvl 1), and don't be in the element of the enemy you're reflecting. First time applying Reflect L, you should stay away from the enemies, cause often times simply casting the spell generates enmity and draws enemies to you too quickly.

Once Reflect is on, run into the enemies and use Reflect every 5-7 seconds to refresh it. Depending on the enemy, standing in AoEs can be safe, but for that check specific examples below.

Video example of what to do.

Leveling in Pyros

Levels 41-48 (Solo friendly)

  • Step 1 - Craft Reflect L, or two, just to be sure
  • Step 2 - Go to carbonite quarry aetheryte (northern most, unlocked at level 41). Getting there isn't hard by hugging the left/bottom side of the fire area. Most enemies there have sight agro, so stealth helps.
  • Step 3 - Stand close to the aetheryte and remove all your gear. Can stay naked or equip something super low level. Make sure not to be in defense (water).
  • Step 4 - While standing close to the aetheryte, use Reflect L. It lasts 10 seconds. Run into the enemies, and keep using Reflect L every 5-6 seconds to refresh it and to draw agro (flames have magic agro, so they react to casting). It's SAFE to stand in their AoEs.
  • Step 5 - Keep running and refreshing agro. When you want to stop, stop close to the aetheryte, so you dont accidentally agro something else.

Note: during night, some snakes appear nearby, don't be afraid of them. Night enemies have blood agro, so they won't touch you unless your HP is low or you run straight through them. Don't forget to use potion of harmony and fairy buff to maximize experience gain.

Levels 48-50 (Party only)

Bloodglider locations

This method can also be used on level 48 with Val Bloodgliders (that spawn Penny), but you also need a tank for it, so it can't be done solo. One person needs to tank the bloodgliders, and other person/people can stand in their conal aoes with Reflect L to quickly kill them. If you're not in a hurry to get to Hydatos, this method can also be used for light farming once you're 50. When you unlock the kettle, delevel to 47 and use reflect to farm light on bloodgliders. Delevel to 47 each time you hit 50 to repeat.

Video example of how this farm works. Note that there are two locations you can use for Bloodglider method: one is in front of Penny cave, and the other, better for larger parties, is at the far east of the Pyros map.

Spot 2: Levels 58-60, Sprite island (Solo friendly)

This spot is quite efficient, especially if you have sprite challenge log left to finish. Sprites respawn every 3-5 minutes, which is the only thing that slows you down. If you have a friend that can help keeping the chain going by killing nearby enemies close to the island, it will speed you up a lot. Be mindful not to auto attack the thunderstorm sprites as they reflect physical damage back if you touch them.

The video example of how this farm looks like is here.

Reflect L inside Baldesion Arsenal

The Demon Wall's attacks are magical and can be reflected. You might see tanks doing this to build of refresh Indom stacks.

Owain's Elemental Magicks cast AoE can be reflected, applying a damage over time back to Owain.

Few mobs' attacks inside the Arsenal can be reflected. These are:

  • Arsenal Magus auto attacks and AoEs
  • Arsenal Byblos' Magic Hammer
  • Arsenal Poroggo's Toy Hammer
  • Arsenal Skatene and Arsenal Vodoriga's AoEs. (Reflecting an Arsenal Skatene AoE will just sleep it back)
  • Arsenal Sprite's auto attacks
  • Arsenal Bibliotaph's Magic Burst or Deep Darkness. (Reflecting Magic Burst will reflect magic vulnerability debuff and reflecting Deep Darkness will reflect Slow debuff back to Bibliotaph)
  • Arsenal Fan's Tight Tornado (Reflecting Tight Tornado will reflect the DoT back to Fan)

However most of the time reflecting these attacks are not worth it.

Clearing the earth room in the Baldesion Arsenal

Some enemies' attacks inside Baldesion Arsenal can be reflected, as they cast magic damage AoEs and autos. Most notably, it's the little Arsenal Magus (earth element). Because of this, you can use a single person with Reflect L to clear out the "earth room" when looking for the portal / spawning support group. This method is often used on low player runs. On normal, filled runs (with 56 players), it's slower than just simply killing the mobs with the group so it's not recommended.
