The Aetheric Stabilizer is an item that can be used to enter the Baldesion Arsenal through blue portals.
Most groups that organise BA runs though DO NOT use these at all, and prefer for nobody to use them. Please check in your BA community if having a stabilizer to join a run is necessary.
